​​​Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully before completing registration.

• No change/modification fees for the first change/modification. A family can change to another available session once and pay only the difference in session price, if any. For subsequent changes, a 5% administrative fee per change will be charged.

• In the event the session needs to be cancelled due to health advisories, or other emergency reasons outside of our control, you will receive full credit for a future session/program.

• Cancellations: a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee per week cancelled if cancellation is received no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the session. You can cancel the session up to 14 calendar days before the session starts and receive full credit to re-book for any future session/program. • All credits must be used by June 1st, 2027 and can be used for another family member.

• The minimum age we accept registrations for is 4 years and 9 months old. If you booked a session without regard to our minimum age requirement, you will receive a notification by email, and the cancellation policy above applies (a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee if cancellation is received no later than 4 weeks before the start of the session. You can cancel the session up to two weeks before the session starts and receive full credit to re-book for any future session/program).
