Need to host a Birthday Party, or other events?​

...we've got you covered

Both Aventuras studios --Mission St. and Noe Valley locations-- are available on the weekends for Birthday Parties and other events for kids and/or families, and our Mission St. location is also available on weekday nights and weekend evenings for all kinds of events (workshops & classes, PTA meetings, friends' gatherings, pop-ups, etc).

   Weekend Birthday Party Package:  
​

Our basic birthday party package costs $400, and includes:

  • 3 hours of whole studio usage (indoor and outdoor spaces). Two (2) hours for the party plus 30 minutes for pre-party set-up, and 30 minutes post-party for self clean-up.

  • 1 staff member for the duration of the event (3 hours total).

  • 45 minutes of a guided STEAM activity (in Spanish, English, or bilingual, as desired), for 12 kids, including the birthday child.

  • Use of our reusable kids' set of cups, plates, bowls and cutlery (plastic but not disposable).

  • Use of a selection of games and experiential learning materials/manipulatives available at our studios: legos, wooden building blocks, books in Spanish, crayons, puppets, etc.

Possible add-ons are:

  • Each additional rental hour - $150

  • 45 minutes of a special guided activity: circus arts, art workshop (kids ages 7-10), music, or cooking - $80 (availability might vary based on date/times requested)

  • Post-party clean-up by Aventuras* - $100

  • Additional children participating in the guided activity - $10 per child

We do not offer decorations or food/beverages. You're welcome to bring your own. However, we can recommend a great birthday cake/other baked goods provider, if interested.

A $150 deposit is required to secure the date. The deposit is fully refundable if the space is left as it was delivered.

Any damages to the space or materials/toys/manipulatives will be discounted from the deposit.

*When adding the post-party clean-up by Aventuras, the space can be left without any cleaning, but any unconsumed foods/beverages need to be removed from the space.

 

 

   Other Events' Space Rentals

 

Pricing:

  • Basic space rental is $150 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per event

  • $100 one-time cleaning fee

  • $150 deposit to reserve the date (100% refundable if there are no damages to the space/furniture)

Basic space rental includes full access to our space, indoors and outdoors, during the time of your rental, plus 45 minutes before and after your event for setup and cleanup.

 

Additional services include:

Guided activities (45 minutes minimum) by one of our staff members. We offer art, music & movement, STEAM, circus arts, cooking and other thematic activities. Guided activities start at $80 per each 45-minute session.
